What is Bodyweight Movement Training?

Movement training is about deriving useful and fun elements from different disciplines and fitting them into your training. This way you are not restricted by a certain set of rules or approach and therefore not limited by what you learn. As an example, yoga is great for flexibility and building strength through static yoga poses, but how about playing with a pair of gymnastic rings or learning to brachiate like a monkey on calisthenics bars to improve shoulder strength and mobility?
Bodyweight movement training as the name suggests is movement training using your own bodyweight. You don’t need any exercise machines or weights. You move and control your body in different ways to build strength and mobility.
