What is Get Moving Guide (GMG)?<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\nGMG is a comprehensive exercise program that will help you build foundational strength and mobility. This will allow you to progress to more advanced movements. Imagine having so much grip strength that you no longer feel your hands slipping while doing hanging leg raises or having enough mobility and strength to attempt a full bridge (wheel pose).<\/span><\/p>\nQ2. Is this guide only for men?<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\nNo, this guide can be used by all genders<\/span><\/p>\nQ3. Can I use Get Moving Guide (GMG) if I have osteoporosis?<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\nThis guide can be used by anyone who is 18-45 years old and do not have any pre-existing injuries or conditions such as heart disease, osteoporosis, high blood pressure etc. If you are unsure about using this guide because of your health condition, please consult a doctor or allied health professional.<\/span><\/p>\nQ4.
