Thanks Pallavi. Good to know you already have your breakfast automated. It’s one of the best things I did 4 years back and it works great even while travelling. Of course, I switch to fruits and some other healthy items available locally. But that allows me to enjoy the new place and indulge during the rest of the meals… guilt-free ;). It works 90% of the times and i am happy about it. I also was feeling guilty for eating sugar but my blood test is healthy and now i eat it mindfully minus the guilt.

I have myself found automating breakfast a boon to manage busy schedules and take away stress to allow for focus on other meals .
I actually prefer eggs, multigrain dense toast with cup of milk or coffee as it takes care of my everyday protein doze.

Also regulated indulgence is a good suggestion – worth a try for me.
